Summary: Our family of 4adults and two children had a great stay at Susan’s house. It was super clean and very comfortable for our family. The location is great for easy access into Boston and Centre Street only a mile away, had nice restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. We loved the PAC Man game too would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Summary: This house was perfect for our family since we need three bedrooms. The neighborhood was quaint and very quiet. We used the T station to travel in and out of Boston. Susan is a great host and replies to messages promptly! Would highly recommend.

Summary: Six of us came across the country for a funeral in Boston. This was an excellent house. It is in a great location being just a few minutes drive from the T. Family was able to go out to the burbs for the funeral, but still close enough for the younger kids to see Boston during their downtime. There isn’t central air, but being in Boston that can be expected. The third bedroom is non conforming and you have to walk through it to get to the primary bedroom. Also, the online rules are a little different than the rules the home owner provides. But overall, it made the bitter sweet experience coming to Boston more enjoyable.

Summary: Nice property with all amenities, clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. The trees were in bloom, so the stay was extra enjoyable. One small plumbing issue was resolved promptly the day we reported it.

Summary: On the location was beautiful and the host was responsive. Everything was clean and seemed to be maintained to a family host standard. We had three adults and two in elementary age children. I especially enjoyed the office space because I did have to work well on the trip and the ability to close the door and to have the connectable monitor was great!!! I would love to stay here again!

Summary: We were in Boston for the Marathon and this property provided easy access to the trains and downtown. It was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Susan was very prompt and responsive to any questions and requests we had. Will be on our list the next time we are in Boston.

Summary: We were in town for the New Balance Indoor Track Nationals. Our two athletes were able to relax and eat well which gave them a great start for competition. Susan was an amazing host. She provide help when needed, recommendations for pizza and driving directions. The only thing that would be helpful was to know that the king bedroom can only be accessed through another bedroom which was tricky for us staying with non family members.Other than that everything else wes just right.

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is adorable and located in a beautiful suburban neighbourhoid. It was an excellent home base from which to explore Boston. The host is extremely accommodating and is easily contacted.We would 100% recommend this place as long as you have your own car to get around the city.
